This policy covers donations made to the Convergent Defense Foundation ("the foundation", "we") through this website. We don't sell goods or services here, so there is nothing to ship.
Asking for a refund
You can ask for a refund of your donation for any reason within 7 days of making it. Email us at [email protected] with:
- the name and email address used for the donation;
- the date and amount; and
- the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt (it starts with
pay_).
We'll reply to your request within 72 hours.
Mistaken or duplicate payments
If you were charged twice or donated the wrong amount, tell us and we'll refund the extra amount, even after the 7-day window.
How refunds are paid
Once a refund is approved we refund the full amount to the payment method you used: your card, bank account, UPI ID or wallet. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show the money in your account after we issue the refund.
Cancellations
Each donation is a one-off payment. There's no subscription and nothing is charged again, so there's nothing to cancel later. To undo a donation, ask for a refund as described above.
