Using this site
The site describes the foundation and its work. You may read, share and link to its pages for any lawful, non-commercial purpose. Don't try to disrupt the site or gain unauthorised access to it.
Content
Unless we say otherwise, the text, images and design are the foundation's. Partner names and logos belong to their owners. Product images marked as renders are illustrations, not photographs of finished installations.
We work to keep the information here accurate and up to date. Project descriptions show our plans and progress at the time of writing, and they may change.
Donations
- Donations are voluntary. You don't receive goods or services in return.
- We accept donations only from Indian citizens, paid from Indian accounts. We cannot accept foreign contributions.
- We don't yet issue 80G certificates, so donations are not currently tax-deductible.
- Razorpay processes payments, and its terms apply to the checkout.
- Refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy.
- We use donations for the foundation's non-profit work. When you name a programme, we put your donation towards it. If that isn't possible, we use it where it is needed most.
Links to other sites
We link to partners and other websites for reference. We aren't responsible for their content or policies.
Liability
We provide the site "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from using it or relying on its content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
